first, i apologize for sending that first ask before i had heard back from
someone who previously reached out on the same matter. a friend of theirs, with
permission, presented extensive evidence that the person we were led to believe
was wrongfully accused of inappropriate behavior, had indeed acted extremely
inappropriately towards an underage user. though the age gap of 19 years old and
17 years old is a bit of a gray area, the bottom line is that, when the 19 year
old is **legally** an adult, action *must* be taken. in addition, as i said in
the ask, the fact of the matter is that this now banned user sent unsolicited
sexualized pictures to an underage user, as well as behaving extremely
inappropriately to this user. these actions **happened on site**. i cannot in
good conscience allow that user to stay on my site where they can continue
acting that way and hurt others.
