1first, i apologize for sending that first ask before i had heard back from
2someone who previously reached out on the same matter. a friend of theirs, with
3permission, presented extensive evidence that the person we were led to believe
4was wrongfully accused of inappropriate behavior, had indeed acted extremely
5inappropriately towards an underage user. though the age gap of 19 years old and
617 years old is a bit of a gray area, the bottom line is that, when the 19 year
7old is **legally** an adult, action *must* be taken. in addition, as i said in
8the ask, the fact of the matter is that this now banned user sent unsolicited
9sexualized pictures to an underage user, as well as behaving extremely
10inappropriately to this user. these actions **happened on site**. i cannot in
11good conscience allow that user to stay on my site where they can continue
12acting that way and hurt others.
